We have wanted to launch a subscription box since we started Smoke + Matches in 2023. It was overwhelming, we weren’t sure if anyone would even buy one, we didn’t want to be another regular payment for our customers in this painfully expensive economy.. so this is what we did instead.

SO WHAT'S IN THE BOX?
We aren’t revealing the contents of the box just yet. We know that half of you will want to know and half wont, so we’re opening up the pre-order for the first half, who love a surprise, and, before we close the orders, we will put out a post with everything that’s included.
We can tell you that you’ll get a mix of melts, candles and new products. We’re also including other makers, think of it like a lucky bag for BIG kids!
Details
We use Coconut Soy wax for a few reasons. Paraffin has been largely demonised in the candle making community over the past decade or so and while we don't neccessarily agree with that assessment, there is evidence to suggest that soy gives a cleaner burn. Coconut wax is even softer which gives a longer burn time because of its low melt point. We're confident our blend is the most luxurious we can offer.
Shipping & Returns
We send all of our packages tracked via Evri or Royal Mail depending on weight and location. If you need your order urgently, get in touch and we can arrange an alternative service for you
Our shipping materials are eco friendly and recycled/recyclable where possible. We minimise any single use plastic and you will find biodegradable packaging peanuts securing your fragile items
We understand how difficult shopping for any fragrance online can be. We offer a 14 day return period, so long as the product is unused. If you have any issues at all with your order once it's been delivered, please get in touch.
