We send all of our packages tracked via Evri or Royal Mail depending on weight and location. If you need your order urgently, get in touch and we can arrange an alternative service for you
Our shipping materials are eco friendly and recycled/recyclable where possible. We minimise any single use plastic and you will find biodegradable packaging peanuts securing your fragile items
RETURNS
We understand how difficult shopping for any fragrance online can be. We offer a 14 day return period, so long as the product is unused. If you have any issues at all with your order once it's been delivered, please get in touch.
INTERNATIONAL
We've been manually adding new shipping destinations as they're requested so if your area isn't on our list, let us know and we'll add it for you. We do subsidise our shipping costs somewhat but we unfortunately cannot control those prices entirely.
